  • All applications should be accompanied by payment for the FULL Initiation Fee and dues for your first quarter.  Thereafter, you will be billed the first day of January, April, July, and October.  
  • Family memberships include you, your spouse, and any unmarried children under the age of 18 and living at home.  Unmarried college students living in the home are included as long as they may be counted as a dependent by the IRS.  Please list the names of all members to be included on the Family membership.  
  • Single membership applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Junior membership applicants must be between the ages of 12 and 18, and must be sponsored by an adult.  THE SPONSORING ADULT will be held responsible should any behavior or billing problems arise.
